Gayrimenkul sektöründe sahte ilanların önüne geçmek, kayıt dışı ticareti engellemek ve fahiş fiyat artışlarını durdurmak amacıyla hayata geçirilen Elektronik İlan Doğrulama Sistemi’nde yeni bir aşamaya geçiliyor. Daha önce kiralık konutlar için uygulanan sistem, artık satılık konut ilanlarını da kapsayacak şekilde genişletiliyor. Yeni düzenlemeyle birlikte, internet sitelerinde konut satışı ilanı vermek isteyen mülk sahiplerinin öncelikle e-Devlet üzerinden kimlik doğrulaması yapması gerekecek. Sektörde şeffaflığı artırmayı hedefleyen bu yeni dönem, 15 Şubat itibarıyla resmen yürürlüğe girecek.
