Türkiye genelinde sıfır konut satışları, geçen yılın aynı dönemine göre yüzde 2,1 azalarak 34 bin 69 adet seviyesinde gerçekleşti. İkinci el konut piyasasında ise daha keskin bir düşüş gözlendi. İkinci el konut satışları, geçen yılın Ocak ayına kıyasla yüzde 5,9 oranında azalarak 77 bin 411 adede geriledi.
