Çeşme’de “otelden rezidansa dönüşen” projeler hızla çoğalıyor. Mia Yapı, Paşalimanı’nda hayata geçirdiği Mia Mare projesinde 1+1 daireleri 910 bin Euro’dan (yaklaşık 45 milyon TL) satışa çıkardı. Projede 35 suit daire bulunuyor ve teslimin 2026’da yapılması planlanıyor.
