Maliye Bakanı Naci Ağbal, yurt dışında ikamet eden Türk vatandaşları ile yabancı uyrukluların Türkiye’den satın alacakları konut ve iş yerleri için uygulanacak KDV muafiyetine dair tebliğin Başbakanlığa sevk edildiğini açıkladı. Geçtiğimiz ay yürürlüğe giren yasal düzenleme doğrultusunda, yurt dışındaki yerleşik kişilerin Türkiye’de yapacakları gayrimenkul yatırımlarında KDV ödemeyeceğini belirten Ağbal, bu adımın sektördeki yatırımları teşvik edeceğini vurguladı.
