Türkiye İstatistik Kurumu (TÜİK) tarafından açıklanan ocak ayı verilerine göre, Sivas’ta konut ve iş yeri satış hareketliliği yaşandı. Yılın ilk ayında kent genelinde toplam 696 konut yeni sahiplerini buldu. Bu satışların 289’u sıfır (ilk el) konutlardan oluşurken, 407’si ise ikinci el konut satışı olarak kayıtlara geçti. Aynı dönemde ticari gayrimenkul piyasasında da hareketlilik görüldü; Sivas’ta ocak ayında 111 iş yeri satıldı. Satışı yapılan iş yerlerinin 53’ü ilk el, 58’i ise ikinci el olarak el değiştirdi.
