Türkiye’nin önde gelen gayrimenkul yatırım ortaklıklarından Emlak Konut, Suudi Arabistan’da büyük bir projeye imza atmaya hazırlanıyor. Şirket, Suudi Arabistan Belediye, Kırsal İşler ve Konut Bakanlığı bünyesinde faaliyet gösteren Ulusal Konut Şirketi (NHC) ile ‘Hayat Mekke’ projesi için ön anlaşma imzaladı. Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu’na (KAP) yapılan açıklamaya göre, Mekke’nin giriş koridorunda ve kutsal Harem sınırları içinde yer alacak projenin yaklaşık 400 milyon dolar değerinde bir büyüklüğe sahip olması öngörülüyor.
